with the Legal Services Commission and are fully committed to Legal
Aid and representing those who cannot afford to pay.

such as murder, manslaughter, possession of weapons, harassment,
assault and battery, rape, unlawful sexual intercourse, burglary,
robbery, theft, handling stolen goods, arson, drug and alcohol
offences and firearms offences to matters that are often considered

Our
solicitors are experienced at dealing with a variety of
motoring offences including speeding,
drink driving and careless driving. We have made numerous
‘exceptional hardship’ applications to magistrates on behalf of
clients who have been unfortunate enough to become ‘totters’ through
accumulating 12 penalty points on their driving licence.
Boyce & Co Criminal and Motoring Solicitors also regularly undertake
criminal law agency work for other firms of Solicitors. We ensure
that we deal with all our clients professionally and courteously.

Founded by the Principal, Ed Boyce, and based in Somerset, our firm
primarily covers the Taunton, Bridgwater and Minehead areas. We will
however undertake work from Bristol to the North and Exeter to the
South and further afield in exceptional cases.
