From the moment you are contacted by the Police or other agencies about a criminal investigation, contact us to receive support from our team of solicitors and Law Society Accredited Police Station Advisors.
If the police wish to interview you under caution, either as a volunteer or after being arrested, we are able to provide free, independent legal advice. We will attend the police station with you, provide you with advice and remain with you throughout the interview process.
A member of our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just ask for us when you are arrested or contact us in advance of your voluntary interview.
If it is an agency other than the Police that wish to interview you then free legal advice may be available depending on your circumstances. If you do not qualify for free legal advice then we are able to offer a competitive private client fixed fee.
"For two years I was under the advice and care of Boyce & Co, due to false allegations made against myself. During those two years Louisa Robertson and the other members of the practice were consistently there to answer any question of mine, big or small. Emails or phone calls never went unanswered, neither did queries and questions. I feel it is due to the expert legal knowledge of Louisa that now I can finally rest easy in the thought that my case had the right outcome and a positive outcome. I could not recommend these stand out professionals highly enough. From police station advise to final contact they have made me feel nothing but confident in their abilities."
